The content on AdPlatform, including articles, guides, campaign examples, generated copy, performance figures and any AI-assisted output, is provided for general information and business promotion purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other professional advice, and it must not be relied on as such.

Before acting on anything you read or generate on the Platform, obtain advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You are solely responsible for the decisions you take and the content you publish.

2. Advertising, paid placement and affiliate disclosure

AdPlatform is an advertising platform. Content shown in the feed and on dedicated pages may be paid advertising, sponsored placement, promotional content or affiliate content, and we may receive payment, a fee or a commission in connection with it. Paid placements are marked as such where required by law.

Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click them and make a purchase. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not buy a favourable opinion, ranking or review.

Exposure, impression, click and reach figures are measurements produced by our systems. They are estimates for reporting purposes and are not a promise of traffic, conversions, sales, ranking, growth or profit.

3. No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, competition, seasonality and the behaviour of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, leads, sales or return on investment, and nothing on the Platform should be read as a guarantee or projection of results.

4. Third-party content, links and services

Advertisements, landing pages, offers and links published by users and partners are created and controlled by them, not by us. We do not verify, endorse, warrant or take responsibility for third-party products, services, claims, prices or availability, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites reached from the Platform. If you rely on third-party content, you do so at your own risk.

5. AI-generated content

Parts of the Platform may generate text, images, suggestions or analyses using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your purposes, and it can reflect biases in the underlying models. Always review, verify and edit AI output before publishing or relying on it. You remain fully responsible for any content you publish.

6. Encrypted vault disclaimer

The encrypted vault is a zero-knowledge feature. Your media is encrypted in your browser with a key derived from the code you choose, and the key never reaches us. We store only encrypted ciphertext and a one-way hash of the code, and the ciphertext is permanently destroyed at the moment the vault is successfully opened.

Consequently: we cannot read, decrypt, recover, restore or reset your content. If you lose the code, the content is unrecoverable. If the vault is opened, the content is destroyed and no copy exists - including for us. Decoy and duress codes behave exactly as designed, which may mean that using a decoy code permanently destroys the real content.

Viewing protected media may require camera access, which is analyzed locally on your device by our tamper-detection model. If camera permission is denied or the analysis fails, the media will not be displayed. We are not liable for the loss of content, for failure to view it, or for the irreversible consequences of the destruction mechanism built into the vault.

You must only encrypt media that you own or are fully authorized to use, that is lawful, and in which every person depicted has given any consent the law requires. Using the vault to store or share unlawful material - including intimate images without consent, content involving minors, or stolen material - is a serious breach and may be a criminal offence. 7. Accuracy and completeness

We try to keep information on the Platform accurate and current, but we make no representation that it is complete, accurate, reliable or up to date, and we are under no obligation to update it. Platform features, prices and availability may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the terms of our Terms of Service, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, content, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on any content, advertisement, measurement or AI output.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law, that cannot be waived.
