How to report copyright infringement on AdPlatform, what a valid takedown notice must contain, how to file a counter-notice, and our policy on repeat infringers.
AdPlatform respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses the Platform to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the European Union Digital Services Act, the Israeli Copyright Act and other applicable law.
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, and to remove advertisements and content that infringe.
Send your notice to legal@adplatform.online with the subject line "Copyright Notice" or "DMCA Notice". To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
We review complete notices promptly. If a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it where we have contact details, and record the action. Removal may also mean pausing an advertisement or deleting an encrypted vault record, which is irreversible - so only report material you genuinely believe infringes, with accurate location details.
We may request clarification if a notice is incomplete, and we may decline to act on notices that are manifestly unfounded, abusive or submitted in bad faith.
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@adplatform.online including your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court in the relevant district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the notice.
Where the law requires, we may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the material within the statutory period if they do not notify us of legal action.
Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices will be suspended and, in appropriate cases, permanently terminated, and advertising will be discontinued. We keep records of notices and actions taken.
Making a knowingly false claim that material is infringing, or a knowingly false counter-notice, may expose you to liability for damages, including the costs and legal fees of the parties affected, under the DMCA and equivalent laws elsewhere.
Complaints about trademarks, passing off, personality rights, privacy or defamation may be sent to legal@adplatform.online with the same level of detail described above. We will investigate and take proportionate action, including removing misleading or infringing content.
