Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

How AdPlatform subscriptions renew, how to cancel, when we refund, when we cannot, and the statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights that apply to consumers in the EU, the UK and Israel.

1. Scope

This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to paid AdPlatform subscriptions and any other paid service offered on the Platform (currently the premium dedicated page plans). Free feed posts are free of charge and therefore not subject to refunds.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If the law that applies to you gives you a stronger right to cancel or to a refund, that right prevails.

2. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings or by writing to legal@adplatform.online. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel a charge already made.
  • After cancellation your paid features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan.
  • We will tell you in advance before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

3. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it. Where you requested immediate access to digital services and explicitly acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right ends when the service is provided. Where premium campaigns have already been delivered, we may deduct the value of the service actually provided.

If you are a consumer in Israel, you may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, including within the statutory cancellation period where it applies. Where the law requires, we will refund the cancellation fee-adjusted amount or the unused portion of the service.

To exercise a statutory right, contact legal@adplatform.online with your account email, the charge date and, where applicable, the transaction details.

4. When we refund

  • Duplicate charges or a charge you did not authorize, once verified - refunded in full.
  • A verified technical failure that prevented a paid feature from working and that we could not resolve within a reasonable time - refunded in full or pro rata.
  • A material change to a paid feature after purchase that reduces what you bought and that we cannot remedy - pro rata credit or refund.
  • A billing or pricing error made by us - the difference is refunded.
  • Cancellations within the applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation period, subject to any deduction permitted by law for services already delivered.
  • A discretionary pro rata refund of an unused portion, where we choose to offer one as a goodwill measure.

5. What is not refundable

  • Exposures, impressions or campaign time already delivered, since the advertising has already been served and cannot be taken back.
  • Encrypted vault records that have already been opened and destroyed, since the service was performed and the content is permanently gone.
  • Add-on or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as payment processing fees that are not returned to us.
  • Change of mind after the 14-day statutory period, or after you asked for and received immediate access to the service.
  • Fees for periods in which your account was suspended or terminated because you breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Accounts closed for fraud, chargeback abuse or repeated violations.

6. How to request a refund

  • Email legal@adplatform.online with the subject "Refund request".
  • Include the account email, the date and amount of the charge, the Stripe receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation.
  • We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and aim to decide within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse a charge, so we can resolve the issue directly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may place the related account on hold and pause campaigns while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is resolved in your favour for a service that was delivered, we may close the account for abuse.
